Components of the Test Setup

Input

GEE frame.png

Galvanic Enhanced Electrolyser (G.E.E). This is a suitcase size demo cell, much smaller than the large, 2500% efficiency cell shown in the main videos. The efficiency is greatly influenced but the size of the cell and the amount of internal galvanic energy to draw from. This demo unit also lacking the recycling water tanks and systems needed for continues running. However it is sufficient to demonstrate long periods of efficiency greater than 100%.

A power supply is an electrical device that supplies electric power to an electrical load.

This Korad KA6003P unit enables real time computer interface and data lodging. PC screen shots and data lodged graphs will be published in the reports.

IP DMM Frame.png

Multi-meter reading Amps and Volts as added conformation of input power.

The PeakMeter PM8236 incorporates data lodging and real time interface. Screen shot of all measuring devices are taken at intervals.

Bubbler Frame.png

Hydrogen bubbler, moisture filter and pressure gauge.

The gauge indicates the back pressure on the cell. The input power and output load is adjusted to ensure the pressure level remains constant. This ensures the energy calculation is a true, constant performance rather than an over inflated consumption of excess gas.

Ox Fkow Meter Frame.png

Flow meter. 100 to 1000 ml/min of air. Used to obtain an indicator of hydrogen flow (14 time less dense that air) but also ensures no oxygen in the gas. E.g. If 1500ml/min of gas were produced form a conventional HHO electrolyser then 1/3 (500ml/min) would be oxygen. This level of oxygen in additional to the hydrogen would raise the flow meter level in excess of 600ml/min.

Output

A PEM Fuel Cell is an electrochemical cell that converts the chemical energy, namely hydrogen, into electricity.

This fuel cell is 40% efficient and requires 99.99% pure hydrogen to perform in a stable manner. To realize the efficiency of the G.E.E. an equation of (fuel cell output power divided by 0.4) it required. This equation is applied to all reports.

FC frame.png

A programmable Electronic load is a type of test equipment which emulates DC or AC resistance loads. The source Voltage is displayed along with the load Amps and Watts.

This Korad KEL103 unit enables real time computer interface and data lodging.

The Holdpeak HP-90EPC incorporates data lodging and real time interface. Screen shot of all measuring devices are taken at intervals.

PRV Frame.png

An electronic pressure relief valve is located between the hydrogen generator and the fuel cell to ensure the gas pressure from the GEE system does not exceed the limits of the fuel cell.

A bank of 4 x 10W (40W) LED flood lights are used as a visible output power load.

These are used to show extra usable power is generated in the self-powering test dated August 13, 2019.

BACK

CCTV footage from 8 camera views are recorded.

One camera views back onto the LCD screen to eliminate any possible post editing. This makes the video as good as live stream.

If CCTV footage is usable evidence in a court of law then this solid evidence is as good as being there in person. However, independent verification by multiple parties will also be obtained and published.
